Function distribution

Occupying 14.5 hectares in total, the Water Alley Neighborhood business center is divided into 4 parts.

Lakeside Restaurant and Recreation Area includes restaurants, bars, clubs and minor business and recreation facilities on Ligongdi Causeway. A good-sized Gym in the antique market is also located in this area.

Convenient Business Area is connected to the road in the South and its main function is to supply the locals with daily necessities.

Dock Area includes well functioning dock, boat maintenance shop, private yacht club, parking lot and retail trading area, which consists of food and beverage shop, water exercise facility shop, souvenir shop and handcraft shop.

Water-Close Center Area includes the central island, which is the symbol of the whole Water Alley Neighborhood and its surrounding, the little harbor, club and the scenery teahouse.
